By Dzign Acquires Style Event Design
Las Vegas, Nevada, October 10, 2019 – By Dzign announces its acquisition of Style Event Design which operates in Las Vegas.
As part of By Dzign’s continuing expansion in the event and entertainment industry in Las Vegas, the procurement of these assets will further accelerate the company’s business growth to better serve both new and existing customers in the Las Vegas event and tourism industry. Through this acquisition, By Dzign secured extensive furniture rental inventory as well as a catalogue of décor items.
Several key employees of Style will join By Dzign, including the creative staff that handles custom fabrication and renderings. Kevin S. Kraft – CEO and Founder of By Dzign said, “It is incredibly exciting to expand our already talented team with the addition of these team members, I cannot wait to see what the growth of our Creative Department will do for events in Las Vegas.”
A significant focus for the Las Vegas office was unique, custom built, props and décor items. “We plan to continue with the vision of high-end quality products and exceptional service,” said Kraft. By Dzign will be adding the new items to an already wide variety of décor rental items including custom tables, a large inventory of chairs including both Chiavari Chairs and the Chameleon Chair®. By Dzign also warehouses one of the largest floral departments in Las Vegas as well as an extensive and talented inhouse printing department.
Throughout this transition, By Dzign’s number one goal is continuity.
